Overall, this set of darts are made up of double ring cuts as the base.
As Jose’s main gripping area is at the front of the dart, the double ring cut with the vertical cuts that were used in the TYPE2 are also applied in the TYPE4. By increasing the number of the vertical cuts to 12, this provides additional control by creating an even tension when gripped. As for the double ring cut at the back of the barrel, the grooves were designed to be milder for stability but can also be used as the main gripping area to achieve high performance.

Recently purchased a triple core from flighclub.ie..such an easy process ..purchased online and collected from stamullen ready within the hour but no problem collecting out of normal working hours thanks Matt
Said id try the longer points and yes it does make a difference,more space for grouping compared to the regular length and no issues with darts not staying in the board,only thing is they're aggressive in the beginning when breaking em in and can take a toll on the board.
