**CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES**

IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS, ORDERS MUST BE IN BY MIDNIGHT 18TH DECEMBER!  THIS WILL ENSURE THAT THEY MEET THE PICK UP ON FRIDAY 20TH DECEMBER

ORDERS WILL BE POSTED OUT UP UNTIL MONDAY 23RD DECEMBER, THEN WE ARE TAKING A FEWS DAYS OFF, SO WHATEVER ISN'T OUT BY THEN,  WILL GO OUT WHEN THE NORMAL POSTAGE RESUMES ON THE 2ND JANUARY

ORDERS POSTED ON MONDAY 23RD SHOULD BE DELIVERED ON THE 24TH BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS

ORDERS MADE OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD CAN BE EXPECTED TO BE RECEIVED FROM THE 3RD JANUARY, BUT PLEASE BE PATIENT AS I'M SURE THE DELIVERY COMPANIES WILL BE VERY BUSY

WE USUALLY SHIP NEXT WORKING DAY, BUT SOME ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED BY ANOTHER DAY DEPENDING ON ORDER VOLUME.  PLEASE ONLY MESSAGE US ABOUT AN ORDER IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS CONCERNS.  THE FEWER MESSAGES WE HAVE TO ANSWER, THE QUICKER WE CAN PACK!

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • 95% of ALL ORDERS are posted by 14.00hrs on the NEXT WORKING DAY!
  • There may be busy periods or the odd issue where the order cannot be posted until after the above time, but these are in the minority
  • We solely use TRACKED POSTAGE on all orders and you will receive a notification by email once your items have been packed and labeled.  This is to ensure that you have full visibility of your order status right the way through the process
  • If you have not received an email notification within 2 working days of making your order, please check your SPAM folder before contacting us  
  • If you have not received your order withing 5 working days of posting, please let us know and we will chase that up with our delivery partners
  • Whichever one of out delivery partners is used, it is expected to be delivered within 2 working days after dispatch, however this may take longer during busier periods and we do not guarantee delivery within 'x' days because of this
  • Postage to COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF IRELAND will take longer especially those outside of the EU as they will need to go through import checks.  Your packages are tracked, but please be prepared to wait a little longer than usual

RETURNS INFORMATION

  • If on the very rare occasion, your items have been damaged in the post, or you have received a faulty item please contact us to start the returns process
  • If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us for a quick resolution
  • Under EU legislation, you have the right to return UNOPENED & UNUSED ITEMS within 14 days of delivery if you no longer require the product.  We must stress that this only relates to unused and unopened please contact us to begin the process
  • No specific guarantee or warranty can be offered on 'consumable' products such as darts 'barrels', 'stems', 'flights' & 'points'.  Breakages caused after use are expected with darts equipment, however if you believe there is a fault with the item please contact us
