RETURNS INFORMATION

• While we endeavor to ensure that all items go out in full working order and packaged to a very high standard, accidents do happen.  Faulty or damaged items must be reported immediately via our contact page, and instructions will be given on the returns process
• Under EU rules, If you buy a product or a service online you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.  If you no longer require an item or items that you purchased, you can return the UNUSED item/s for a full refund.  Please contact us via the contact page within that 14 day window to start the process
